I’m not certain that is the point of this video clip.
My takeaway, though I appreciated the side comment you noted, is something more like Galatians 6:9:
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
That said I may be speaking from my own bias in favor of “results.”
